If you need help with either everyday issues, i.e., cell phones, utilities, etc. or help with visa processing in Azogues, I highly recommend having Monica Gonzaga on your team as a facilitator. Monica helped me with a situation I had with one of the cell phone providers.
I planned a cell phone service change in order to consolidate these expenses for my wife and myself. I was switching providers and after completing the process we found that the SIM card for the new provider would not work in my phone though the line was working. The company’s rep, who spoke perfect English, said the problem was with the phone and suggested taking it to be serviced.
We stopped in three shops and all the technicians stated there was no problem with the phone. After going back to the rep twice to attempt to get the new service cancelled and getting blown off both times, Monica went with me the following day.
She spoke with two people and within a half hour my new service was cancelled and she helped me obtain a great service package for less than $30 that included 100 minutes a month of calls to the US with my original provider. A few days later she was a whiz at painlessly getting our 12-IX visas registered in Azogues. Monica is a polite, insistent pit bull when the situation requires a level of insistence and also pulls back and works quietly within the system when that approach is called for. She’s a great person to have as a facilitator.
