Monica Gonzaga, General Manager
Born in Machala, Ecuador, I founded Mónica Gonzaga Facilitator in 2014. I studied Business Administration and Management in Ecuador and Business at Devry University, which helped me, along with my experience in the US, to decided to return to Ecuador where I began serving the community of foreigners who resided in the city of Cuenca thanks to the command of the English language.
Currently, my experience, professionalism, tenacity and charisma, have made me one of the leading Facilitators in the country, where I not only managed to open a national market , but also international market as well.
My team and I we have successfully worked in more than two hundred visas, several Ecuadorian citizenships, driver licenses and so on. Due to the demand, I ventured into real estate so I ended up creating the company Best Ecuador Homes, specialized in the sale and rental of different properties throughout Ecuador.
Personally, I am an animal lover so I always collaborate with local animal rescue foundations. I also likes art and music.
My Team
Marta Tur, Administrative Manager
Born in Ibiza, Spain, she began working at Mónica Gonzaga Facilitator as a translator in 2015. As of the end of 2017, she joined the work team as a business partner. She has lived in the US where she studied English at Rutgers University.
Currently, she is in charge of the translations and is the Administrative Manager of the companies Mónica Gonzaga Facilitator and Best Ecuador Homes. She has lived in Ecuador since the end of 2012, so she knows the country and her idiosyncrasies well. She has extensive experience assisting the foreign community in Ecuador and outside of it.
Marta, is a tireless athlete, practices tennis regularly, and loves the countryside and nature.

I am a person with character, persistent and that does not surrender until achieving the objective. I know perfectly how is the Ecuadorian society. That is why I do not accept no as an answer.
