Can I apply for an extension visa?
Yes, after your T-3 Visa expires. There is a 90 days extension visa which you can get in the Ministerio del Interior the same day your T-3 expires.
Can I apply to IESS? (Public Health Insurance)
Yes, but you will need to have your cedula as a resident prior to sign up.
Do I need an appointment to apply for a Visa?
